V Club Loyalty Program
V Club is V Spa’s loyalty program, where every purchase you make at the spa and Wellness earns you 8% of the purchase amount in bonus points. You can later use these points to pay for V Spa treatments and tickets. Learn more about the membership terms and conditions.
V Club Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
- The V Club Loyalty Program operates based on ID cards and is applicable to the V Spa spa area and Wellness World (treatments).
- Enrolment and Usage of the V Club Loyalty Program:
- You can join the V Club on-site.
- You must be at least 18 years old to join the V Club.
- There is a €5 enrolment fee, which is credited as bonus points to your loyalty account and can be used starting the next day to pay for V Spa services.
- Members receive 8% of the total cost of services and products purchased at V Spa as bonus money in their loyalty account. Bonus points can be accumulated and used in full or partially to pay for services.
- You can earn bonus points on:
- V Spa entry tickets
- V Spa treatments
- V Spa day spa packages
- Products and services purchased from the V Spa bar
- Products and services purchased at the V Spa reception
- Cosmetic products purchased from Wellness World
- You cannot earn bonus points on:
- Gift card purchases
- Use of gift cards
- Products and services in the V Spa Hotel, Restaurant Joyce, or V Café
- Products and services sold through intermediaries (e.g., Stebby)
- Purchases using other discount coupons, vouchers, or contractual prices
- You can use bonus points to buy:
- V Spa entry tickets
- V Spa treatments in Wellness
- You cannot use bonus points to:
- Pay for spa or wellness products (e.g., drinks, food, beauty products)
- Pay for products and services in the V Spa Hotel, Restaurant Joyce, or V Café
- Pay for online bookings of treatments
- Buy gift cards
- Accumulated bonus points cannot be withdrawn in cash.
- Loyalty program benefits cannot be combined with any other discounts.
- You can use accumulated bonus points to pay for a product or service either in full or partially.
- To collect bonus points, always present your ID card to the customer service representative before paying for products or services.
- If the loyalty account is not used for 48 months from the last transaction, it will expire along with the accumulated bonus points and will be deleted from the database.
- V Spa has the right to cancel the membership of the loyalty program if:
- The guest has given their ID card to someone else to use
- The guest’s behaviour disturbs the experience of other guests
- The guest deliberately damages V Spa property
- Discounts applicable to V Club members are personal and not transferable to others unless additional discounts for companions or family members are announced by the spa.
- V Spa has the right to send targeted offers via email to members of the loyalty program who have given their consent.
- By joining the loyalty program, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the loyalty program* and the spa house rules.

The personal data (name, personal identification code, email, and phone number) collected for the loyalty program is used in accordance with the general principles of the OÜ R2 Spa privacy policy: https://vspa.ee/en/privacy-policy/
By joining the loyalty program, the customer confirms that they have read and understood the general principles of the OÜ R2 Spa privacy policy.
