Shirodhara Eastern massageritual
Shirodhara is an ancient Ayurvedic ritual that begins with a relaxing massage. This is followed by the main part of the treatment, during which the third eye area is stimulated with aromatic water, with the scent selected together with you based on your body type. The treatment is deeply relaxing and meditative, clearing the mind and reducing anxiety and stress. The ritual ends with a relaxing facial marma point massage. Shirodhara is beneficial for sleep problems, strengthens the immune system, and stimulates mental clarity and memory.
After the treatment, the hair will be slightly oily. We do not recommend washing your hair immediately but instead suggest taking some time to rest and unwind.
